Don Dillingham is a Principal and Senior Managing Director of Bison Fund Management holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. Don is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a chartered as a financial analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. Don is a member of the Muscogee Creek Nation and was a member of the Native American Cultural and Education Authority for over 10 years. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Authority.

Bruce Fraley is a Principal and Managing Partner for Bison Fund Management. Bruce earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trinity University and a Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He is chartered as a financial analyst from the CFA Institute and is licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.
